A question on powers! I understand that it's one power per character, but how does that work with a single power that can be used in multiple ways? I'll use a MHA as an example just because it's so prevalent, but a character like Hawks has his wings as his power, but each feather can be utilized as psychokinetic weapons or objects which gives it a variety of uses.

Would the game rules consider "one power" to encompass all the uses of the above, or would it be limited to one use (such as: has wings and can fly with them only)?
